In this essential role, you’ll drive partner relationships, spearhead affiliate outreach initiatives, and ensure exceptional support that maximises the value of our partnership ecosystem. You’ll be instrumental in expanding our affiliate network while nurturing our existing partnerships that contribute to our global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate outreach strategies to expand our partnership network globally.
• Provide dedicated support to existing partners and affiliates, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Monitor and engage with our trading community across multiple social platforms to maintain positive brand presence.
• Create and manage affiliate onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration into our ecosystem.
• Track affiliate performance metrics and provide regular reports on partnership ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop affiliate resources, promotional materials, and campaigns.
• Manage affiliate communications, newsletters, and partnership announcements.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities within the trading and finance sectors.
• Resolve partner queries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all partner interactions and performance in our CRM system.

What You Bring:

• Past experience in community management, affiliate marketing, or partnership development in a brokerage or proprietary trading firm setting.
• Understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, or brokerage services.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in affiliate outreach, retention, and relationship management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help partners and affiliates succeed.
• Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, X, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced situations and deliver consistent service quality.
• Experience with affiliate tracking systems and performance analytics.
