QT Funded is a global proprietary trading firm with a fast-growing international presence. We are seeking an experienced Spanish Regional Manager to lead Spanish-speaking markets, overseeing regional operations, content strategy, and market execution in alignment with QT Funded’s global objectives.

This role combines regional leadership, operational oversight, and content-driven growth, with full ownership of performance across Spanish-speaking regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage QT Funded’s Spanish-speaking regions, acting as the primary regional authority
• Execute regional content and marketing strategy across social, community, and digital channels
• Oversee Spanish-language content creation, ensuring quality, consistency, and cultural relevance
• Coordinate regional support operations, campaigns, and launches with global teams
• Monitor performance metrics, market trends, and regional KPIs
• Support growth of regional communities, partnerships, and brand presence

Requirements

• Proven experience in regional management, marketing, or operations, ideally within fintech, trading, or digital platforms
• Native or fluent Spanish; professional English required
• Strong understanding of Spanish-speaking markets and digital ecosystems
• Experience leading initiatives independently with measurable results
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
